today met ELISE fr breakfast at macthen elise brought a big...no a gigantic bottle of 100+...but it was usefull thanks elise :D then went fr training. there was a diffrent coach 2day. TRAINING WAS SO..... TIRING!! it was all fitness :( after that went home with iffah and rachel. in the evening had to go fr swimming class...was so tired!! came home an crashed ....
